TPV Drill

Thermoplastic Vulcanizate (TPV) Materials

Thermoplastic Vulcanizates, or TPVs, are part of the thermoplastic elastomer family of polymers, primarily composed of polypropylene and EPDM rubber. The EPDM rubber within the polypropylene matrix is vulcanized, which provides good compression set resistance. TPVs offer a combination of elastomeric properties, like compression and tension set, coupled with aging performance and chemical resistance.
